1. Eligibility for Refunds
You are eligible to request a refund under the following conditions:

The product or course has not been fully accessed, downloaded, or completed.

You provide a valid reason for the refund request (e.g., technical issues, accidental purchase, duplicate transaction).

The payment was made directly through Skill360.store (not via third-party resellers or affiliates).
2. Non-Refundable Items
We cannot issue refunds under the following circumstances:

The refund request is submitted after 2 days (48 hours) from purchase.

The course or digital content has been fully consumed, downloaded, or completed.

You have received certificates of completion, digital downloads, or bonus materials.

Products purchased during special promotions, bundle offers, or discounts are marked as non-refundable.

Refunds are not available for services that have already been delivered, such as coaching sessions or consultations.
3. How to Request a Refund
To initiate a refund, please follow these steps:

4. Refund Method

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method (credit/debit card, UPI, wallet, etc.) within 5–7 business days.

Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the amount to reflect in your account.
